Terms and Conditions
- A minimum contract term of 3 months is required
- All Hardware and the 3 months initial service must be paid upfront prior to any installation
- Warranty is included for the life of the rolling contract
- Payment for months following the initial 3 month period must be paid in advance
- After the initial 3 months period, contracts will continue unless cancelled. Cancellation of any contract must be made in writing one month before required cancellation date
- There is no rebate for any used equipment, once purchased equipment is the customers responsibility - any required de-installation will be at £60 +VAT
- Non-payment will result in the customer’s service being switched off
